This week, the price settled at 308.00 CNY per ton, marking a 4.94% decline from the previous week. Compared to the same period last year, the current price has seen a significant drop of 26.84%.

Business Community analysts believe that the gradual increase in land acquisition intentions by real estate companies could positively influence cement demand. In the short term, the cement market is expected to experience a slight strength. This insight suggests a potential rebound or stabilization in cement prices as the construction and real estate sectors adjust to market dynamics.
