The total cement sales of Saudi cement companies, comprising 17 firms, decreased by 3.6% in February 2024 to reach 4.2 million tons

The total cement sales of Saudi cement companies, comprising 17 firms, decreased by 3.6% in February 2024 to reach 4.2 million tons, compared to 4.4 million tons in the same month of 2023, as reported by Yamama Cement Company. Among these companies, 10 witnessed an increase in local sales, with "Umm Al-Qura Cement" leading with a growth of 21.9%, followed by "Qassim Cement" with a rise of 13.3% compared to February 2023.

On the other hand, 7 companies experienced a decline in sales, notably "Northern Cement" with a decrease of 48.5% and "United Cement" with a decline of 23.7%.
